What Data We Collect on ceria
We collect data in two categories: account setup and transaction data. During account creation, we request your email address, phone number, full name, and date of birth. We use email to send account notifications and password-reset links. We use your phone to send two-factor authentication codes (if enabled) and withdrawal confirmations.
For KYC verification (required before your first deposit), we collect your identity document number, photo, date of birth, and proof of address. We use this to verify you are who you claim to be and to comply with anti-money-laundering regulations. Once verified, we retain this document for the period required by law, then delete it securely.
We also collect transaction data: your deposit and withdrawal history, payment method details (e.g., your DANA wallet ID or e-wallet account number), game activity (spins, bets, wins), and account login history. We use this to process payouts, detect fraud, and provide your transaction receipts.
