How to Install ceria on Your Phone
The installation process differs slightly depending on your device. Android users can download the APK file directly from our website, then install it like any other app. iOS users cannot download an APK (Apple does not allow side-loading), so we provide a web-app shortcut that works identically to a native app — it runs full-screen, saves your login, and sends notifications.
-
Download the app file
On Android, download the ceria APK from our website or from a trusted app distributor; on iOS, open ceria.win in Safari.
-
Install and enable permissions
Android: enable unknown sources, then tap the APK file; iOS: tap Share → Add to Home Screen → Add.
-
Log in or create an account
Enter your ceria username and password, or tap Open account if this is your first time.
-
Deposit and start playing
Tap Deposit, choose your payment method (DANA, e-wallet, mobile banking, or local payment), enter your amount, and complete verification.
Android APK vs iOS Web-App vs Desktop Browser
Our native Android APK offers the smoothest experience: it caches game assets and recent transactions, so the app loads instantly even on slower connections. Push notifications alert you when a deposit clears or a withdrawal enters review. The Android app also supports biometric login (fingerprint or face) once you enable it in account settings — this removes the need to type your password each time you open ceria. The APK is optimised for portrait and landscape layouts, adjusts font sizes for readability, and uses less data than a web browser.
iOS users do not get a true native app (Apple's App Store policies restrict gaming apps), but our web-app shortcut behaves almost identically. Tap the share button in Safari, select "Add to Home Screen," and the ceria icon appears on your home screen. Opening the icon runs our web-app full-screen — no browser chrome, no address bar. It caches data and sends notifications just like the Android app. The only minor difference is that iOS web-apps use slightly more data on first load because they cannot cache as aggressively as native apps.
Desktop browsers remain an option for large screens or when you need to review transaction history or update KYC documents. The ceria website is fully responsive and works in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge. However, our app is optimised for touch and smaller screens, so many users prefer the phone experience for daily play.
Device Compatibility and System Requirements
Our Android app requires Android 7 or newer. Most phones sold in the last five years meet this requirement. Our iOS web-app requires iOS 12 or newer — again, most phones purchased recently qualify. If your device is older, you can still use ceria through your mobile browser, though the experience may be slower. To check your Android version, go to Settings > About Phone > Android Version. To check iOS, go to Settings > General > About > Software Version.
We also support tablets running Android or iPad OS. The ceria app scales to larger screens and optimises layouts for tablets — for example, the game grid widens and button sizes adjust. Our interface also works on foldable phones (Samsung Galaxy Z Fold, etc.), though we recommend testing on your device after installation.
Troubleshooting Installation Issues
If your Android phone shows "Unknown sources blocked," enable it in Security settings. Go to Settings > Security > Unknown Sources and toggle it on. This setting allows you to install apps from sources other than Google Play. Some manufacturers call this "Install unknown apps" — the name varies by phone model. After you install ceria, you can toggle this setting back off if you wish.
If you see a certificate warning during installation, this is normal — it means Android is verifying the app's authenticity. Review the publisher name (should be ceria), then tap Install. Never install an app if the publisher name looks suspicious or misspelled.
If the ceria app crashes on startup, try clearing your phone's cache. Go to Settings > Apps > ceria > Storage > Clear Cache. If the app still crashes, reinstall it: uninstall ceria, restart your phone, then download and install the APK again. If these steps do not work, contact our support team through the ceria website — we can troubleshoot further or provide an alternative download link.
Data, Permissions, and Account Security
When you install ceria, we request permission to send notifications, access your device storage (to cache game assets), and use your device's internet connection. We do not request permission to access your location, contacts, camera, or microphone. The app stores your encrypted session token locally — this allows you to stay logged in without re-entering your password every time you open ceria. Your password itself is never stored on your phone; only a temporary token is.
All data between your phone and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS). Your account balance, transaction history, and KYC documents are protected in transit and at rest. If you enable biometric login (fingerprint or face on Android), this biometric data never leaves your phone — it unlocks your local session token, not your actual password. Your login credentials remain secure.
If you lose your phone or suspect someone has accessed your ceria account, log in from another device and change your password immediately. Go to Account Settings > Security > Change Password. If you cannot log in, contact our support team and we will help you regain access. We will ask you to verify your identity using details from your KYC documents.
