Account and registration
On the ceria login page, click the "Forgot your password?" link. Enter the email address associated with your account. We will send a password-reset email to that address within a few minutes. Click the reset link in the email — it will take you to a page where you can create a new password. Enter your new password twice to confirm, then log in with your new credentials. If you do not see the reset email in your inbox, check your spam folder. If the reset link expires, request another one. On mobile (Android app or iOS browser), use the same process: tap "Forgot password?" on the login screen, enter your email, and follow the reset link sent to you.
No. Each person may hold only one ceria account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited under our terms. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same identity document, phone number, or payment method, we will suspend all accounts and forfeit any outstanding balance. Account identity is verified during KYC (know-your-customer) verification using your government-issued ID. If you have accidentally created more than one account, contact our support team immediately to discuss your situation. One account per person ensures fair gameplay and fraud prevention.
If you suspect unauthorized access, change your password immediately using the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page. Then contact our support team via the ceria app with details of the suspicious activity (e.g., unexpected login, balance change, withdrawal request you did not make). ceria does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. We recommend checking your payment provider's fee schedule before you transact. Deposits are processed immediately once payment is confirmed; withdrawals are processed back to your original payment method and may be subject to a standard review window before funds are released. Some payment methods process faster than others — mobile banking and local payment typically confirm within minutes, while bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank.
Yes. ceria accepts deposits via online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, and local payment virtual accounts (VA). When you select a bank transfer option during deposit, we generate a unique virtual account number for you. Transfer funds from your bank app to that VA number — the amount will be credited to your ceria account once your bank confirms the transfer. Withdrawals are sent back to the same bank account you used for deposit. Virtual account transfers are secure and encrypted. If your transfer does not credit within a standard timeframe, contact our support team with your transfer reference number and we will investigate.
Free bets and free spins are promotional credits we occasionally offer to new or active players.
